Prices are quoted for your premises. All prices exclude VAT; setup costs and contract options are confirmed before you order. FTTC is available in some areas where FTTP has not yet been rolled out.

If your connection develops a fault, you deal with people who understand IP networking, routers, Wi-Fi and the infrastructure behind the service. We investigate the symptoms, identify where the problem sits and explain the next step.
One point of contact for the connection.
BetaSafe handles liaison with the underlying carrier when a network fault needs escalation. With Managed Business Broadband, we also support and maintain your supplied router.
Support and care arrangements are confirmed in your quotation. Enhanced care options can be discussed where the access network supports them.
Already have a firewall you like? No problem.
Use a suitable existing router, have us supply one, or let us manage it. We confirm compatibility and settings, so your connection fits the network you actually use.

Is it actually the broadband?
Slow or unreliable access can start inside the building. A faster broadband circuit will not fix poor wireless coverage or a badly designed internal network. BetaSafe can assess both and recommend the work that will make a difference.
For some businesses, an hour without Internet is inconvenient. For others, it stops trading. Cloud software, VoIP, payment systems, remote access, email, online bookings, cloud tills and CCTV monitoring can all depend on the connection.
Resilient Business Broadband combines primary fixed broadband, a managed router and 4G or 5G backup. Automatic failover and recovery are designed to reduce the impact of a fixed-line outage.
We consider mobile coverage, power, backup capacity and the services that need to keep working. Failover can interrupt active calls or sessions; it is not a guarantee of uninterrupted access.
For more demanding sites, we can discuss dual fixed connections or diverse access networks.
